100% quality control and we Guarantee all products will be FREE from quality issues prior to Shipping.

If for any reason you have a problem with your order you can RETURN it for a full refund if found defective in any way or outside of our tolerance specifications within 7 days of receiving the product.  Customer will then have 30 Days to return the product for FULL Refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a product or shipping error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, we understand things happen and will gladly accept the return with an offsetting order for the product you would like.  If you ordered the wrong item and do not order a replacement, then you will be charged a 20% RESTOCKING FEE if there is nothing wrong with the product.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days once we receive and confirm the issue with the product or shipping error.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and provide a RGA (Returned Good Authorization) and Shipping Label so the item can be returned.

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING

We can ship to any state within the continental USA. All orders are shipped same day if received by 2:00 PM.  If you are wanted to make a purchase outside of the Continental USA, please contact us to quote additional shipping costs.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  If you require express shipping additional charges may apply.  Our standard delivery is usually 4 days to anywhere in the continental USA.
